What is the Return & Exchange policy for items ordered on Aritzia.com?
Returns are free within the US when signed into your Aritzia account.
Not quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.
Regular-Priced Merchandise
RETURNS
We’ve extended our online return policy. You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date or a merchandise credit within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.
EXCHANGES
Online purchases can be exchanged in store. For support with online exchanges, please contact Concierge. You can either start a live chat, call 1-855-ARITZIA (2748942) or email us.
Sale Merchandise
RETURNS
Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on a gift card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.

What is the Return & Exchange policy for items purchased at Aritzia store locations?
REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE
RETURNS
Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment at any boutique in the country you purchased.
EXCHANGES
Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or receive a merchandise credit at any boutique.
SALE MERCHANDISE
All sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.
What is Buy Online, Pick Up In Store?
It’s our service that allows you to purchase products online and pick them up at an Aritzia boutique of your choice. All you have to do is:
Click “Pick up in store” on the product page.
Select your preferred boutique.
Add the product to your bag, then complete the checkout process.
Hang tight for a bit — we’ll email you once your order is ready.
Why is my preferred boutique not showing as a pickup location?
We may not offer Buy Online, Pick Up In Store at that boutique — yet. Keep an eye out over the coming months as we activate this service at more boutiques near you.
What payments can I use for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store?
We accept credit cards, Gift Cards, Klarna and PayPal. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept Apple Pay or PayPal Express for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders.
Quick note on Gift Cards — the cost of your order will be deducted from the current balance of your Gift Card. If the total amount of the purchase is more than your current Gift Card balance, the owing amount will be charged to your credit card upon order pickup.

When will I receive my order placed online?
As soon as your order has been shipped we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Click the link to check the progress of your shipment. Allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to become live.
You can also track your order from the Orders Placed page. Access your account by using your email address and password. Click on your order number in the Orders section. The tracking number will appear under the Status and Tracking column. Click the link to view tracking information for your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Hit the "Submit Order" button before you're ready? We’ll do our best to help. During Aritzia Concierge hours only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel it by contacting us at 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942).
How do I request a return?
Sign into your account and under My Order History, select the order containing the items you would like to return. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Aritzia account, just click 'Order Tracking' at the bottom of the page and fill in your information.
Click on the 'Return Items' button.
On the Returns page, select the items you would like to return and the reason why you want to send them back. If your item has a defect, please include details so we can work to fix it!
Review your information by clicking on the 'Review Return' button.
Confirm your return by clicking the 'Process Return' button.
You’ll soon receive an email with your Return Number. Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent off within the 14-day period.
What is Klarna?
Klarna is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time.
