To help make your shopping experience more safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You'll also notice that the location (URL) field at the top of the browser will begin with "https:" instead of the normal "http:". All payment information entered is tokenized.

Payment Options

Good news — we’re expanding our payment options to better serve your preferences.

Major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Diners are offered in over 100 countries, along with other popular region-specific payment options.

Note: Gift Cards are not accepted outside of Canada and the USA. For all Gift Card inquiries, please contact Aritzia Concierge. You can either start a live chat, call or email us.

Charging Payments

If you pay with a credit card, a preauthorization hold will be placed when you check out.

Your credit card will only be charged once the order ships.

Some payment methods, such as PayPal, will be charged immediately upon order placement.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel all or part of your order for any reason. We may require additional verification before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped.

If we cancel all or part of your order, you will not be charged for the cancelled item(s)/order.
