Shipping Restrictions
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
Due to transport restrictions, we do not currently ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine and Belarus.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, shipping destination and the value of the purchase.
In some countries, taxes and duties are included in the product price and won’t appear as a separate line item at checkout.
In other countries, taxes and duties will be charged separately at checkout and will appear as a separate line item.
Some countries require taxes and duties to be paid upon delivery and will be the customer’s responsibility. This will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order. Aritzia has no control over these charges. Taxes and duties are non-refundable for orders shipped to these destinations.

Order Tracking Information
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Order History
You can also track your order in your Order History.
Sign into your account and click Order History. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Aritzia account, just click Order Tracking at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
Click the order number to get the tracking information for your order.
Click on the Carrier Tracking number for more details from the carrier’s website.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Aritzia Concierge so we can get you sorted.
If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
